HP9000 minicomputer technical support engineer

  job description:
1. Help HP-UNIX users to address any technical issues encountered in the use of minicomputer in installation, maintenance, and software and hardware usage.
2.? Responsible for HP9000 minicomputer hardware-related technical support (servers, workstations, storage and network equipment).
3. In charge of HP-UNIX operating system, disk management, network management, data management, and other security-related software, technical support.
4. Provide customers comprehensive technical guidance.
5. Responsible for implementation of integrated projects.
Requirements:
1. Clear and fluent in Pu-Tong-Hua, good communication skills;
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher;
3.Capable of reading technical documentation in English;
4. familiar with network troubleshooting and common network command;
5. Responsible, thorough and capable of working under high pressure;
6. Strong learning ability and able to absorb new knowledge fast.;
7. Majored in computer sciences, information systems,electrical engineering or related area;
 
Customer feedback Commissioner (CFS)
  Job description:
1. Answer the 800 Hewlett-Packard hotline, track and organize all kinds of electronic customer feedback;
2. Responsible for customer feedback system input and statistics, and analysis of feedback data;

3. Communicate with customers, focusing on improvement of customer satisfaction.

Requirements::
1. Clear and fluent in Pu-Tong-Hua.? Strong communication skills;
2. College education or higher degree, major unlimited;
3. More than one year of related work experience. Preferred in customer service experience;
4. Expertise in the use of MS-Office softwares, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc;
5. Responsible, team player with good sense of customer service;
6. Capable of working under pressure.

 
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
  Job description:
1. Monitor ATM operations daily;
2. Listen and deal with customer complaints;
3. Communicate with customers and answer questions.
Requirements:
1. College education or higher with broad customer service experience;
2. Skilled in computer operation;
3. Good interpersonal communication skills, fluent in Pu-Tong-Hua;
4. Capable of teamwork, communication and coordination;
5. Skilled in both Chinese and English;
6. Preferred with bank ATM knowledge;
7. Night shift is needed for this position.
